Joseph Andersson – Founder and CEO An industry expert with over 25 years of experience in business development and marketing. After graduating in Economics from India, Joseph Andersson moved to Sweden for advanced education and took his industrial engineering and business management degrees. Settling in Sweden and equipped with an extensive knowledge of the Indian automobile and ancillary industry, he established long standing business relationships for his clients and won several prestigious projects. With the experience of enabling many business delegation exchanges between India and Sweden, Joseph Andersson consolidated his experience into a management consultancy organisation to help customers in Sweden and India venture into new geographies. Inswedco Services took shape and continued the efforts of enabling mutually beneficial partnerships between business houses in Sweden and India.
Gunnar Hedlund – Advisor Gunnar has done his Masters in Business Administration and has held senior positions for different Swedish companies . He has worked as manager for the IT department for one of the biggest health care companies in Sweden and Europe. He has extensive knowledge in business development and IT services.
Jayas Damodaran – Chief Advisor An IT industry expert, Jayas Damodaran graduated in engineering from IIT Madras and did his MBA at IIM Bangalore. After working in India’s leading IT company for many years, he moved on to the US where he worked with world leading application software majors. Later opting to take up an assignment in India with the world’s largest Application Software company, Jayas brings to Inswedco, valuable experience in global business practices and IT resource management.
Kalpana Surapaneni – Chief Finance Officer A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in India’s leading business organisations, Kalpana has a rich experience in all aspects of corporate finance and legal operations. She brings to Inswedco and it’s customers a valuable expertise that enables clear business operations across borders and helps in establishing the foundations for building long standing corporate relationships.
Joseph Paul K – General Manager- Operations After graduating in Physics from Calicut University, Joseph worked with India’s leading IT company HCL Ltd. before moving onto Fujitsu ICIM and later the British Telecom subsidiary Accel Frontline. With 22 years of experience in the IT industry and an in-depth expertise on both IT Infrastructure Management and Enterprise Software Solutions, Joseph brings to Inswedco and it’s customers a good understanding of off-shore IT support and operations.
